3rd Annual Teen Art Show

November 4th - November 8th

Artists must be in 7th - 12 grade

1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes awarded for traditional art & photography

Deadline for art submission is November 1st, by 5 pm.

Teen Art Show

November 4 - 8, 2013

Rules:

1.      Artist must be in 7^th – 12^th grade. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian signature.

2.      One entry per artist per category.

3.      Artwork must be suitable for all aged audiences.

4.      Accepted medium of artwork includes: Painting, watercolor, pastel, drawing, digital art, photography, etc.

5.      Artwork must be no larger than 16” X 20”. Artwork must be framed.

6.      All artwork must be 100% original. Artwork will be scored on creativity and originality.

7.      The final day to submit artwork is November 1, 2013.

8.      Art work from previous years will not be accepted.

9.      Artwork must be on display for the duration of entire show. Artwork may be picked up on or after November 8th.

10.  The Taos Public Library will not be held responsible for missing or damaged artwork.

11.  Prizes will be awarded for each category of Traditional Art and Photography.                $50 - First Place, Second Place - $25, Third Place - $15. Outstanding Artist - $30. Outstanding Artist will be voted on by the community of Taos. Winners will be announced November 8, 2013 at 3:30 pm in the library community room.
